For 2019 Sancal unveiled - TURATI. A collection named after the metro station in Milan that inspired it. Featuring new designs from Nichetto Studio, Rafa Garcia, Juan Ibanez, Note Design Studio, Marie Louise Rosholm, and Ionna Vautrin. The color, light, materials and even the graphical image influenced this collection's many designs. Just like the people you’ll see at a train station, each of the pieces has its own personality and job to do. The Turati Collection is a tribute to Milan’s architecture and the city’s capacity to transform the contemporary into classic.

Above and below, you’ll see images of the modular Next Stop sofa by Luca Nichetto. Next Stop is based on a scheme of cushions made of three seating pads in a textile cover, multiples of which are used to create longer or shorter bench-like seats. Arms can be added to make two and three seaters sofa as well as armchairs. Some configurations leave part of the structure without cushions to reveal a useful table. Two sizes of pouf and additional tables can be attached in the centre, end, or corner.
