The brief of this spectacular project was to convert an old, previously remodeled funeral home into a modern live/work environment. The building was segmented for the two functions. The work area occupied the basement, first floor convertible showroom, and second floor convertible meeting space.

The second floor living space was transformed from the previous living quarters of the funeral home proprietors. While the hayloft on the third floor was converted into a large master bedroom suite with access to a 1,500 square foot deck featuring unobstructed city views. Morlen Sinoway Atelier was involved in the architecture and interior design of the contemporary conversation of the 5,500 square foot building.
