Downsizing can be daunting, especially when moving from a large townhome to a condo. For the most part this collaboration was about starting fresh. The client had recently purchased a Condo with breathtaking views of Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan, but it hadn't been updated in over 30 years. This meant a complete gut rehab. We used some existing furniture to blend in with some new to create a cozy yet spacious layout for entertaining.

In the end, we found this new remodel took everyone a bit by surprise upon entering. This space is clean and contemporary, very different from the building it lives within. And still every time we walk through the door, we can't help but smile.
