Chicago
1660 Renovation
This project at 1660 North Hudson is a vintage, loft-style condominium building nicely situated in downtown Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. The building’s rich history begins in 1928, as it formally housed St. Michael’s High School until a 1988 condo conversion. The building features unique duplex units and town homes that were long sought after, but the 1988 renovation looked dated to new buyers seeking it’s charm.
A new interior vestibule and Latch entry system were installed to bring a contemporary look and also to complement the beautiful arched windows. The changes were dramatic and brought elegance to the once dated Lobby.
